Looks like we’re heading back to France for some wine. This time it's Beaujolais, possibly the frenchiest wine name of all time, or maybe we need to look it up the Becktionary. We will do a little digging to see what has kept this type of wine going for centuries, look at how it’s made, and maybe, if we have time, Have a drink.
